My Friday night

After a (very) long week, I had the perfect Friday. I went to the cinema and saw Beasts of the Southern Wild (which is AMAZING and you should go see) and then had a pumpkin carving party! My crappy camera died in the beginning so there are not many, but at least there are some.

 For you Bex!
Arnold! He is the best and I love him.

 I REALLY love him.

If I had a home

I found these super colourful prints on Etsy today and REALLY want one.  If only I had a permanent home to decorate, I would buy one.

You can buy one HERE

Part One: West Highland Way

I finally finished my dissertation! In celebration I went to Scotland (with Jonny) to do the West Highland Way. The West Highland Way is a 96 mile walk that passes through the Scottish rolling hills and mountains. You can stop in tiny towns along the way to sleep, eat, and drink! Here are pictures from the first half of the trip. We were suppose to do 20 miles a day, however that did not happen.
We took an overnight sleeper bus into Glasgow.
 The start of the trail.
 A Scotsman.

 My pee tree.

At mile 10 (about) and dying...
The top of Conic Hill. It felt more like a huge mountain.
View from the first hotel in Balmaha.
On the ferry to the next town, Luss.

The second town, Luss. This place was so pretty and had the best hotel I had ever stayed in. More pictures to follow.
